EYE DROPPER MACHINE

A dropper bottle filling and capping machine automates the process of filling small bottles with liquids, like essential oils or eye drops, and then sealing them with a dropper cap and screw cap. These machines are crucial for various industries, including pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and food production, due to their efficiency and accuracy.

How it works:

Bottle Feeding: Bottles are fed into the machine, often through an unscrambler or conveyor system.

Filling: The machine accurately dispenses the liquid into the bottles, using mechanisms like peristaltic pumps or piston pumps.

Dropper Insertion: A dropper cap, often including a separate dropper component, is automatically inserted into the bottle.

Capping: A screw cap is then applied and tightened securely, often using a mechanical arm or other specialized capping mechanism.

Labeling and Printing (Optional): The filled and capped bottles can then be labeled, printed with information (like batch numbers), or shrink-sleeved.

Collection: Finally, the finished bottles are collected, ready for packaging.
